Vital Care Pharmacy realizes that today’s busy lifestyles make it difficult to juggle a work/life schedule and take medications properly. Although treatments have dramatically improved since the early years, compliance remains the key element to staying healthy. At Vital Care Pharmacy, our program is tailored to eliminate virtually every barrier to achieving adherence. Combining confidentiality with convenience, we offer the ability to fill all of our consumers’ medications in one facility. Customized daily blister packaging mitigates dosing errors and helps those with cognitive, literacy and other issues overcome the sometimes difficult task of taking multiple medications. Realizing many of our patients are also faced with transportation issues, we ship medications directly to their homes at no additional charge to the patient or insurance.
We hold highly the integral role we play in our patients’ compliance. To achieve this level of service, we provide the following:
