Who We Are
Vital Care Rx assists in counseling you about your disease and provides you with the tools to help manage your condition. Our Vital Care Rx team of Pharmacists/nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions about your therapies and medications. We also connect you to manufacturer sponsored support groups and additional educational resources.
Our team obtains all necessary insurance authorizations and verifies that you are eligible for therapy. We also explore available patient assistance programs and facilitate your enrollment with these programs. We arrange home nursing services for patient support and injection training.
